"Martin Crane came in to assist on installing our new AC unit. After they left the AC company noticed some damage to our gutter and thought it was caused by the crane. They told us they would call Martin Crane about it. We thought this would be a giant hassle and we would have to fight to get the repair done. We were wrong! The very next day before we even had a chance to call and follow up, the owner was at our house inspecting the damage and taking measurements. After looking at the gutter it was determined that the damage may have been caused by the AC company. That didn't matter. Martin Crane said they would get it fixed and then deal with who would pay for it. This was such a relief. We have only lived in our house a couple months and we were really upset to see damage on our house. We never imagined it would be handled so quickly and professionally. It says a lot about a company in the way they handle problems and Martin Crane has our gratitude and our recommendation!!"
